REFUND POLICY

-We review all claims unbiasedly and conduct thorough investigations.

-We do not honor any returns, refunds, or exchanges on custom apparel. We double confirm every order. However if the mistake is on our end, we will offer to make it right. If you refuse that then we will refund the portion of the order that was defective or you can opt for the equivalent amount in, in-store credit.

-Clients have 7 days from delivery date to make any claims. We verify to ensure missing claims are valid. Buyer is responsible for all fees associated with roundtrip return/exchange shipping if applicable. Shipping charges are never refundable.

-Damage & defective garment claims must be made within 2 days of delivery. We require photo-proof of every damaged garments as well as a photo of all damaged garments together if applicable. All items must be unworn or unaltered in anyway.

-We only replace items included in the approved claim. For example, if there are 6 black t-shirts in the claim, you will only receive 6 black t-shirts. You can not make any substitutes.

-Approved claims are valid for full refunds, exchange, or store credit and products are required to be returned. False claims will result in a severance of any business moving forward.
